That is cool! There isn't nearly enough info/trivia about this movie and it's one of my favorites. Did your coach point out where he/she was?

I was in it as well. I was an extra when I was in the 10th or 11th grade. It was neat to get to meet the actors that were close to my age and find out that they were pretty much just regular people. I think the person I enjoyed meeting more than anyone was Peter Scolari. When he wasn't on set, he liked to juggle. I think he was juggling about 7 or 8 balls at one time. Neat guy. I also remember having a hard time trying to get over my crush on Catherine Mary Stewart for a while. I got to meet her when I was in the bathroom scene. She was off that day and was just taking pictures of the campus (Berry College).

The belly flop boy, marcus williams, and I went to school together at East Central Elementary and Rome Middle School in Rome, Georgia. The movie was shot at Berry College in Rome.
