Yes, this movie is worth seeing. I loved the story plot and I loved the ending. The scenery was great. It was in my state of South Carolina. I love those beach scenes and the marsh and the rivers and creeks. You will not be sorry for seeing this movie!

The movie was filmed in Georgetown and Charleston South Carolina. Don Johnson's character is a shrimp fisherman, somewhat scarce in Lake Superior.

To answer the original question, yes it's worth seeing, again and again.

I usually like stories like this but there was something missing in this. It wasn't as good as it could have been. Agree about the scenery though. That was great.

If for nothing else, watch it to see proof that Johnson and Griffith can actually act.

Totally worth watching, is one of those hidden gems that make up my favorite list...together with Secret Garden (1993) and the Piano (1993)

Are you not entertained? Are you not entertained? Is this not why you are here?
