Wanna Bleep?

When the hooker leaned down and said something into his car window - "Wanna ****?" seemed to be dubbed on - Seagal's reaction gave me the impression it was unexpected. He laughs then says to the two tramps "Did you hear what she said?" (they look bemused). I didn't think it was in character for Gino, the hardened, streetwise cop, to be taken aback by that. I wonder if it was an actress who improvised (and the tramp actors didn't know how to respond) or whether an actual hooker approached him. (The homeless guys looked a little "central casting", so I don't think they were real)
