The Factory from Tommy Boy?

I believe MOST of the factory shots were filmed in my town in Connecticut. The factory has been empty for years and years, and in the past year it has finally begun to be torn down and/or refurbished for a new site (not a factory) -- I don't know where Tommy Boy was shot, you may see its shooting locations at the very end of the credits when watching the movie.

No it is not the same factory. It was filmed at Seymour Specialty Fire in Ct. The factory shut its doors for good a few years after the movie was filmed and eventually was a victim of arson in november of 1996.
