Plot Hole?

How did Ray and Pluto know where to find/contact Lila when she was at the hideaway in Arkansas? Ray and Pluto were on the road with no cell phone at the time? The only possibility is that Lila's brother told them but that would assume they even know her brother or that he would give them her whereabouts. Not a big hang up and probably not a plot hole, but just curious.
