Had to look up what won Best Screenplay '92 --

But "Once Around" is a great story, perfect casting with outstanding acting and another awesome Hallström event. But perhaps most surprising of all to someone who saw this for the first time on cable 23+ years later: a sensational screenplay.

And nobody knew about this film. ("Jan...I had the greatest time of my life...the greatest time ever.")

(BTW: other Original Screenplay nominees in the year when "Silence of the Lambs" was Best Movie: Bugsy, Boyz n' the Hood, The Fisher King and Grand Canyon.)
