Song Question?

Does anybody know the name of the song that plays in the background when Taeko first gets to the farm and starts picking the safflowers and then it changes from night to early morning. I would like to know. Thanks in advance.

From the annotated script:

The music here is of the Bulgarian Voice (choir), and is
called "Malka Moma Dvori Mete", "Dilmano Dilbero". It is
also unique in that the music either follows 7-beat or 9-
beat time.

I was also impressed by that bulgarian folk music, and found
some albums. It's really fascinating. Here are some links:

I have: "Le Mystere Des Voix Bulgares" (1987, #(9) 79165-2 on Elektra/Nonesuch explorer series.)
The Bulgarian Voices were very popular around 88-91 (I worked at a record store then, and folks would ask for it often.)
But I got it in the later 90's because it is also similar to the music on "Xena Warrior Princess."

However, my CD doesn't have that title "Malka Moma Dvori Mete", "Dilmano Dilbero." I think I have Vol. 1 (maybe those are on volume 2? not that I see.)
Mine has the first 3 samples from the http://www.bulgarianvoices.com/en/wchoir.html site: "Pilence pee;" "Polegnala e Todora;" & "Bre, Petrunko"
(wow, those are some great sites, thanks! but I don't see "Malka Moma Dvori Mete", "Dilmano Dilbero" on either vol 1 or vol 2.)

oh well, I haven't listened to it in years & years, and this movie reminded me of it. This thread got me to dig it out & check, so now I will listen!

I found this site: http://www.folklib.net/uwp/wrp_bulgaria.shtml

lists: Svetoslav Obretenov Bulgarian National Choir|Bulgarian Musical Folklore|1991|Gega|GD 105

has both tracks:
Dilmano, Dilbero|1:46
Malka Moma Dvori Mete|2:05

both songs also on: Koutev, Philip~National Folk Ensemble|Bulgarian Polyphony Vol 1|1988|JVC|VID 25001
(I think this is a video)

pretty short songs, but usually the rest of the "voices" are worth it!
The 1991 CD seems promising, since that is closest to when the movie came out, though I'm not at all sure if that was before or after in 1991.

Seems like this is a translation from Bulgarian:
http://home.pipeline.com/~asm/slavs/f_arch_trans_detail.htm
Dilmano Dilbero = "Beautiful Dilmana, Can you teach me to ..."
Malka Moma Dvori Mete = ("A Young Girl Sweeps the Yards")

Track 6, Dilmano Dilbero, plays from when Taeko puts on the basket for ...
Track 8, Malka Moma Dvori Mete, plays from shortly after that and through the sunset. ...
