i just have one question, does Toshio have any feelings for Taeko?? i mean, he's been very accomodating and all but it might've been coz Taeko was a guest and was older than him.. One of the women in his family notices this too, but he was always particularly attentive with Taeko, obviously happy to see her, eager to have her come back in the winter, immediately thinking that Abe (the dirty boy who was her classmate) had a crush on her and so forth. He was wooing her in a fairly discrete manner, matching his steady personality and balanced take on life.
