I'd say "House on the Edge of the Park", "Graduation Day" (as it comes on the same DVD), "Killer Workout", "City of the Living Dead"...

"Flesh Gordon" A softcore porn spoof of Flash Gordon. Hands down my favorite "so bad it's good" film. "Desperate Living" is another great one.
