Some assumptions to be confirmed/disproved

Maybe I'm wrong, but, judging by a 2 minutes trailer this film is absolutely nuts. It seems to be politically incorrect (grisly violence against women, a Chinese mimicking an Afro-American, etc.), absolutely senseless (one brawl/shoot-'em-up goes after another), poorly filmed (there appear some distortions in the image and the sound is bad, though the movie is made one of these years - it's unbelievable), the fight scenes are so over-the-top and unrealistic that the whole thing is ridiculous and perplexes me (I cannot help asking myself: "What kind of "shapito" is it?"), the main characters' lines sound like macho bull*beep*, the grimaces of nearly everybody involved are ... well... unintelligible, etc.

All above mentioned makes me feel like buying this DVD and enjoy a mindless Hong Kong action-parody.
If you watched this flick, could you kindly confirm or disprove my words?
