There's nothing for me in America

If there was nothing for him in America then he should have married an Iranian woman! If Iranian men have something against America then they shouldn't take it out on their American wives or punish them bu holding them hostage in their countries!

reply

You mean, he shouldn't have married Betty to begin with? How was he to know that Iran was going to change back to the way it was when he was a boy there when he married Betty?

reply

People change, and circumstances change. Happens all the time.

...then whoa, differences...

reply

na, see, he was disillusioned...he thought America was going to turn into a Caliphate and kiss his ass, and his wife was going to willingly become a muslim and that would be a blessed victory for Allah.

Didn't happen, so he became homesick for being with his freak-show family in his freak-show country..

reply

It was the perfect storm, his country has changed, his family back in I ran was putting pressure on him, the hospital giving him the boot both socially and financially was the tipping point.

Spoiler alert for them spoil sports out there! Y'all like spoiled milk, stop crying over it!

reply

Don't try to make logical sense of any of it. I have worked with refugees before in the past. They constantly are praising America to your face but when around friends talk about how they hate this "GODLESS COUNTRY" and long to go back to their $h!thole country. Even if they barely made it out the first time ALIVE... and are not welcome back.
