Larry Gene Bell was executed (electric chair) on October 4, 1996. He chose this over lethal injection.
However, he was not the last to be electrocuted. James Neil Tucker was executed via electric chair in 2004 for the double murders of Rosa Lee Dolly Oakley and Shannon Lynn Mellon.
