Rob Schnieder use to be that side guy that was wicked funny for some reason. Judge Dredd, Surf Ninjas, and this movie. Before he grew out his afro and did those lame movies in the late 90's. One of my favorite movie quotes of all time is "SHH**************T!"

Yeah Rob Schneider did do a great job in this movie! He did not do too bad either in Bench Warmes which was a good movie to watch.

He used to be very funny in the early 90s and some of the mid 90s. He was considered to be a very chic cool guy despite not being traditional Hollywood handsome. I think he became lame when he did that Deuce Bigelow movie in 1999, sure it had it's fans, but making fun of himself like that just didn't work. He started to be like Pauley Shore.

Yeah I thought he was good when he was starting out in the business but as he went on with his movies it seemed as if it was not as funny as it once was before you know.

That is the same with his friend Adam Sandler because I loved his first few films because they were hilarious but his movies are not as funny as they once were before.

I think most (but not all) SNL cast members don't have skills that translate to feature length films. sketch comedy and films are two very different mediums.

Phil Hartman and Dana Carvey are prime examples. they were two of the most talented cast members SNL had ever seen, yet most of their movies weren't that good. (the first Wayne's World was good.)

I remember in the trailers for the movie, they basically portrayed his character as an extension of The Richmeister from SNL as that character was at the height of its popularity at the time

he had a line that said "halftime brought to you by Gunracks & Open containers both only Legal in texas" had to double check but Open alcohol containers were legal in Texas until September 2001, how bout that.
