Love this one

Saw it when it came out and really liked it, wasn't expecting to but I was a QB in high school and had offers to play college but turned them down. So I could relate in a way to this one. If I had any regrets in life though it's not taking the scholarship offers to play, who knows what would've came from it. If anything watching this movie today makes me miss the early 90s. I thought the world was such a cooler / funner place back then compared to today. At least it gives me some nostalgia.

I don't think I saw it in theaters? I think it was just one of those movies that was on TV all the time when I was younger and I caught it ALL. THE. TIME. It's recently started playing on Pluto again and I've rediscovered it. I love it. It's a dumb comedy, but I just love it. I like the losers angle, the fact that they don't win or even go to the championship, the fact that there's some action outside of the sports - the bar fight is GREAT - Flat Top is a great villain, both coaches are awesome, and I've always been a Scott Bakula guy. Just a simple, but entertaining flick.
