The song in the orange juice commercial is called 'Bad Ass Mama' by the Circle Sluts From Hell. Don't know about the others.

Ya I looked that up, it was the actual Pam & Billy who listened to Black And Blue, the song in the TV movie was different, but thanks anyways :)
