DVD running time, 103 mins, what happend to the last 5 mins?

I just got hold of the region 2 DVD, 20th anniversary edition, but I was somewhat disturbed by the fact that its running time is only 1H 43Mins (103 mins), but the official running time is listed as 108 mins... what has been cut?
Is the 20th anniversary edition a directors cut of some sort?

Hi!

The UK DVD is a PAL transfer, so it runs about 4% faster than the actual film, or a US transfer. There is nothing missing, and the film wasn't cut. It's just running a touch quick. That's true of any PAL DVD played on an NTSC (US) system.
