Available video?

The only video commercially available (according to IMDB) is a VHS tape that can be ordered from Amazon.de (German Amazon). Does anyone know if the dialog is in English or German? If in German, are there English subtitles? Is there any source for a DVD known?

I have a number of twenty-something friends who were too young to be aware of this movie when it was in limited release in the 1990s who are very interested in seeing it.
