The main actress is blond and the main actor is a black/brown haired guy? Other than that the similarity's end.

how it started: a girl (not rich) falls in love with the rich prince, his mother (stepmother) separated them with a spell, she is new in our era/our world, both are chased by stupid guys, and the villian has to come here for them, they almost win, but at the end they stay with the loved one! Well its just my opinion :P lol
