But the must be exceptions, or the film makers would have ran some very serious legal risks.I was curious about this so I did some checking and it seems that filming children nude is legal if their parents sign off on it, and there is no sexual activity involved. In this case, all Reese did was take off her clothes to go swimming.
So it appears to me that it was legal. share
