Electricity harnessing

Is this the movie where a female teacher asks to see what a student already knows. So he does like this fake out, then he throws a smoke bomb and tries to stab her. I don't know why but this maybe 30 second exchange is the funniest but it had me crying with laughter. I think he also tries to blind her, it's like dirty fighting times like 20. It doesn't work but which is why hilarious.

At a different part of the film, he has to figure out how to harness electricity.
