does anyone know where I can get a copy of this film?

I've been looking for this film for quite a while, but I cant seem to find it available anywhere in US dollars. If anyone can reccommend me a location in which I could purchase this film on DVD or VHS (any region of DVD 1,2,3,4 etc) It would be greatly appreciated.
