Damn! I thought there would be more posts here! Anyway, my 2 cents. This movie was on the comic end of the "urban" movie wave of the early 90's. Hangin' With The Homeboys, Mo Money and Strictly Business all came out in the same time frame. Then you have the more dramatic end. Boyz In The Hood,Menace II Society,Juice, and South Central and New Jack City. After that "realism" meant that you threw a couple of B list rappers saying the "n word" and shooting somebody every few scenes and you'd have an urban "hit". *sigh* Just how wrong they were.

Came back after remembering actors I love today started out in this movie and wanted to see what questions/post I had back then but guess will nvr know.
