Just realized this watching this film again. Brooks' character beats up DeLuca's character in a fight, even jumping up and down on him (okay, I know it is a dummy at that point). This is almost the payback DeLuca's character gave Brooks' in High Anxiety during the phone booth scene, isn't it?

Paul Getty" that he's just another bum, while Bolt claims to be richer, leading to DeLuca's counter-claims of being richer and the face-slapping scene reminds me of the Three Stooges' physical comedy style, including the part where Bolt bangs Getty's head against a fence.
The scene where "J. Paul Getty" repeats everything said by the guy behind him at Crasswell's party is hilarious! DeLuca doesn't even look behind him but keeps on going.
I also like the part where Bolt's crane takes a bite out of the "Crasswell City" sign and the remainder of the sign says "Crass City".
