DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE "FIN" ON THE BOOT OF THE RR LIMO ?? IS IT AN ANTENNA ???

It's an antenna
Generally used for analog television reception.
Not sure how they handle it these days, but was a common sight on limos back in the 80s and 90s.
I remember these back in the 90s when I used to take them to go to Newark Airport (and Disney World!!)
Yeah Its a TV Antenna and I guess a thing of the past as I've seen it in most nineties things (Seinfeld, This movie)
