This MASTERPIECE makes Die Hard 4 and 5 look like crap

Where was John McClane in DH4 and 5? People said he was in it but couldn't find him.

This is just like a Die Hard film, to me Bruce in this IS John McClane.

Live Free or Die Hard is considerably better.

Sure he played a very similar character, just like John Wayne, Clint Eastwood, and hosts of others played similar characters throughout there careers, nothing wrong with playing to your strengths.

I don't think Hallenbeck was anything like McClane at all. Hallenbeck is a down and out bum with a depressing look at life and he knows it, he's gonna lose. McClane is way more up-beat and constantly wise-cracking at bad guys and a lot more confident. Having said that McClane is more like Hudson Hawk.

This a certainly worthy of the Die Hard series in terms of quality and tone, but Halenbeck is a slightly different creature to McClane - thoroughly self-loathing, less physical, and quite a stern patriarch. He may be Willis' one character who is actually cooler than John McClane.

Needless to say, 'Die Hard 4 & 5' don't even qualify as Die Hard films - they're braindead, forgettable, tacky junk for kids.
