Billy Blanks...greatest villian EVER!?!?!?

His character is such a creepy and violent villian that i have to put him at the top of the best/favorite villians. I cant tell weather it's his bad acting or what....but all of his lines and the way he does things jsut seems creepy and odd. He reminds me of the villian Fender from the Van damme epic Cyborg.

Agree with OP. Khan used to scare the crap out of me, haven't seen it in years now, but his violent beating of the first brother, name escapes me, and when he killed that other guy in the snuff tape always stood out. So intimidating. I need to find it and watch it again, was a good 15 years ago since I last watched it
