What do you mean Callous Monkey? You don't get what a petition is? It's a thing that people sign to make other people aware that they want something. For example, with my petition it is to force the current holders of the theatrical rights to rerelease Highlander II - The Quickening at the cinemas.
However, having recently seen Highlander II - The Quickening for the first time in 13 years I have decided that it is less brilliant than I thought it was. I am now less sure that I want it to be rereleased at the cinema, as per my demand in the petition. I don't know what to do to be honest with you. I am sure I will figure it out though.
Anyway, I hope this clears things up. I will be writing some more stuff on my blog soon. I haven't posted anything in a while because I have been depressed. I was so depressed I couldn't even move sometimes, much less write things on a blog. Slowly I am recovering, thanks in no small part to the efforts of my neighbor/friend Serge. He is my rock.

What does the Highlander II have to do with King Ralph other than the fact that they are both sub par?
How about in your petition you suggest that all copies of all Highlander movies except the original are to be dipped into a vat of acid and forgotten by society... its for the greater good.
Very few people will go see Highlander II in theater if its released again... it was a massive flop already - they usually don't rerelease massive flops.
And in addition, I haven't seen your blog but in case you aren't, you should start writing happy things on it, rather than advertise your dismal emotions on the internet MOVIE database.
