I just didn't. They had coarse hair like blacks and was light skinned not pale skinned. I know many Italians are olive complexion but come on. These men were not white.

Well...A lof of Sicilian's have African Blood in them. John Turturro's Grandfather was Black just like Fantasia Barrino's Grandfather was Sicilian.

Yes they do. The Moors were black Muslims from northern Africa who eventually settled in Sicily and southern Italy between 800 A.D. This is why Sicilians have dark hair and dark eyes. Northern Italians on the other hand often have blonde hair with blue or green eyes.

Yes they were. It's not just about skin color or hair type. It's also about phenotype. These men were not Negroes.
A lot of white people have tanned-like skin and curly hair and have fully European ancestry. These are just variations within the same race - white people aren't limited to blonde, blue eyes and ghost-like skin. Italians, Spaniards and Greeks are as white as they come.
I guess you're too much into the "one drop" rule.
