Where or whatever happened to her adopted children
That would be another story, I think. DO they live in Paris.

shareJean Claude and Jarry run a restaurant in New York City devoted to the memory of their mother. Chez Josephine on West 42nd Street. It is lovely.
shareI went there for dinner sometime in the 90's when I was visiting NYC. There are so many restaurants in that area, choosing a good one is basically a crapshoot, unless you're going on someone's recommendation. The deciding factor for picking it that night was my middle name is Josephine, I took it as a sign. Upon entering, i was thrilled to say the least. The decor gave the impression of being in a luxurious bordello. I mean that as a compliment. The walls were red velvet, there were beautiful chandeliers casting a warm glow around the room and on the diners. For me, nothing ruins the atmosphere more than poor lighting. As a woman of a certain age I notice and appreciate this more and more. There were oversized floral arrangements placed strategically throughout. I hardly knew where to look, the walls were covered with stunning paintings and prints. As fabulous as everything was, the thing that blew me away was a real swing which hung by ropes of flowers. This feast for the senses happened before I was even seated. I don't remember what music was playing but that's a good thing as I tend to notice it more when it's inappropriate. It must have added to the overall ambiance. I hoped the food would be equally appealing, it was, my meal was excellent. I don't know if the interior is the same after all of these years but I hope so. It's hard to improve on perfection.
