Felliniesque Section??? What's the right word?
This movie is hysterical! By the end I felt like I was speaking Italian. Showed it (legally) to a large group of Americans, and they loved it!
Anyway, at the beginning there is a party in a bar that the ineffectual Dante goes to, the one with the Ministers and their cabinets. There's a scene outside when they are leaving that reminds me of La Dolce Vita, and the same type of cars and people going back and forth. I can't think of a good word for it: tribute? paean? I feel there there is a cinema term for this kind of common tribute to past movies. Anyone?
