I´m a big fan of If Looks Could Kill. What´s your picks for a remake of this excellent film.

Michael Corben: Aaron Johnson or Zac Efron
Augustus Steranko: Hugo Weaving
Mariska: Hayden Pannettiere
Areola Canasta: Monica Bellucci
Patricia Grober: Lily Tomlin
Ilsa Grunt: Judi Dench
Vendetta Galante: Sonya Walger
Derek Richardson: Dominic Monaghan
Lieutenant Coronel Larabee: Ron Perlman or Daniel Von Bargen
Haywood: Christopher Lee

I would cast Sofia Vergara as Areola Canasta.

Here we are 3 years later, I don't think Monica Bellucci would be able to seduce with Efron or Johnson and sadly, as of now, Daniel Von Bargen is no longer working since he lost his leg to diabetes and tried to commit suicide. It really is a shame he has always been great.

I would also be really happy if they just got Linda Hunt again for Ilsa.

Why wouldn't Monica Bellucci be able to seduce Efron or Johnson? She's a very beautiful woman. Arguably more beautiful than Carole Davis from the original.

She is incredibly beautiful, don't get me wrong... I just not sure many will buy a 50 yr old woman seducing a guy half her age.

It could happen. in real life Madonna's boy friend is quite a bit younger than her. Tina turner's boyfriend is in his 40s and Tina Turner is in her 70s. As well there are numerous non celeb ladies who are dating or even married to men 15 to 30yrs younger than them. So it could happen.

Fair enough. However, Areola looked to be in her late 20's, early 30's -- a believable "older woman" for a high school senior to be seduced by.

Monica Belucci 10 years ago? Hell yes. Today, I would look for an exotic unknown actress for the role, and it could really be an actress of any nationality. Areola was just Steranko's "slut" assassin -- beautiful, exotic and deadly.

I think Anjelica Huston is a better choice for Grober.

5 years after the first post I agree except for Haywood since Christopher lee has since passed away my choice for Haywood would be Tom Wilkenson. For Ilsa Grunt my choice would be the original Linda Hunt she could still pull it off. For Mariska I would pick Emma Watson.
