I like the eyeliner. Remember this movie was shot in the early 90's, so a lot of the fads that was in the 80's were still very present. I one of the fads, was guys wearing eyeliner. I think Richard looks good with eyeliner.

It not that, it just that the movie was made in the early 90's, it was just after the 80's ended.A lot Guys in the 80's wore makeup, even if they weren't actors. I love the 80's.because it was a very creative time for all.
