Spielberg Worst movie
Garbage , Boring , Hard to sit through
shareDisagree... it's one of his films that I can actually enjoy.
But thank you for your opinion. Bye now.
Accept your fears. Confront your demons. Find your destiny in chaos.
I would put Jurassic Park #2, AI, Minority Report, War of the Worlds, Adventures of Tintin and War Horse all on the list before Hook.
Hook had a spirit of adventure about it which, even having seen it as an adult, I really appreciated. The other movies were sequels, re-makes or just boring.
Hook technically is a sequel/remake though.
shareOk? I don't know what that has to do with anything.
shareWell, you did say -
Hook had a spirit of adventure about it which, even having seen it as an adult, I really appreciated. The other movies were sequels, re-makes or just boring.
"I would put Jurassic Park #2, AI, Minority Report, War of the Worlds, Adventures of Tintin and War Horse all on the list before Hook. "
You... I like you!
This movie's one of my favorites.
shareAre you mad - this is brilliant film - spielberg is an amazing director!!!
shareThis is not Spielberg's worst movie, his remake of War Of The Worlds from 2005 is.
This movie is also Spielberg's most underrated movie along with 1941.
Awwww do you know i actually love War of the worlds. I have no idea why they made Tom Cruises character so bloody horrible & unlikable though.
Very arrogant & just complete *beep*
I do love the little girl though, cant remember her name but she is brilliant - i think shes adorable & an amazing actress for her age. She is way better than some adults.
^^^Dakota Fanning, and I agree with everything you just said. Tom Cruise seems to come off that way on and off screen IMO.
shareyes, for me this is his worst too, although that doesn't mean it's a bad movie it's just very average
there are no laughs, no thrills or maybe i'm just too old
but the worst of all is that there are no memorable scenes or music
so many movies, so little time
No memorable music!? You Are the Pan always manages to move me to tears.
shareNo memorable music? Bahaha! That is a laugh! This score is regarded as one of John Williams' best efforts ever. Even more so with film score fans. Maybe try listening again because you obviously weren't paying close attention.
I definitely think The Lost World was waaay worse than this. And I would argue War of the Worlds and 1941 were worse as well. Sure this isn't up there with Spielberg's best work, but to say it's his worst ever is pretty inaccurate.
