Just watched this scene on Netflix and I don't think that it's him. Looks a bit like him though.

It is. Its on his IMDB profile. I just watched it for first time in a long time and was like 'wtf is that damon!" and looked it up and sure enough it is. Funny.

i'm watching it right now, and i don't think it's damon. there's a similarity, but it's not him.

It's not Damon. It's an actor named Leif Riddell, and to this day he still bears a superficial (at best) resemblance to Matt.

It's not him. It isn't on his profile, nor does it look like him.
