idea!

I got an idea for a villian if they ever made a sequel okay here goes how about a man who looks like a woman and disguises himself as one and when the time is right in a crowd he reveals himself and kills someone with a shotgun then runs away and diguises himself again as a diiferent woman and gets away, what do you think? I cant think of a name though any ideas?
