Is Carradine's character in the film the Kwai Chang Caine from the Kung Fu series?
That would be awesome, having a cross-over character into this film.
I think my grandmother would have loved this film; or maybe she did. She was big on westerns. They were never really my bag, but I remember watching the Mel Gibson "Maverick" over and over with her. I think it was her way of trying to get me interested in them.

Yes. He is the same character. I was a kid during the days of Western televison and it was a treat to see all these people again.
