I own the DC and was wondering if the Theatrical Cut was available on DVD or Blu-Ray. I normally can enjoy a DC as much as a TC, but this one throws me for a loop because the church scene with Evelyn and Mrs. Threadgood comes out of nowhere.

The theatrical cut was only released on VHS when it was first released in 1992. It also aired on NBC once, the 2nd time it aired on NBC they aired the director's cut. Every DVD release has been of the Director's cut.
