We've got misogynist but why is there no companion word? Do we believe that only men hate women, women never hate men?

Hi! OK, I looked it up on Yahoo and a dictionary and they have these 3 words:
Misandrist
Misandry
Philogony

I get a number of google hits for 'misandrony' but most if not all seem to be written by individuals as part of whatever statement they're making.
As far as actual dictionary hits, they all come up as 'misandry.'
Then there's these:

By the by, misandry isn't a real thing. It was made up by immature men with fragile egos, angry that some women weren't falling over themselves to ride men's dicks, or centering their entire world around men. By and large, men do not face the same vitriol from women that women get from men. And further more, one lone act of killing an inveterate wife-beater, does not a misandrist make.

This abject stupidity from over a year ago hardly deserves a reply but not only does misandry exist it's not exclusive to women. There are plenty of men who think all men are inferior just as their are plenty of women who are openly misogynistic (many of whom believe themselves to be feminists).
