Does this ever air on cable?

I own the DVD but have never seen it on TV. I wonder why? It's such a good film and I'm sure people would tune in.

I saw this movie on tv back in 2003 late at night on the WB (when it was still a channel). I don't know why it doesn't come on television. It's a wonderful movie that would strike well with kids.

It also played on the black starz channel when they did the Thandie Newton movie marathon back in 04
