Does anyone know when this film gets a dvd release because I loved it when I had it on vhs!

There's no news on the DVD release. Same fate as another fine SEAL TV-movie "Silver Strand".
You know why? It was too damn hard.

What I gather from the links above and other websites is that the German DVD is in German only and not widescreen but the DVD from Spain is in English and Spanish with a 1.78 widescreen print. They are both Region 2 PAL.

If I've never seen it before, it's a new release to me!
I have the Spanish import and you can select the language as English. Only problem is that the voices don't quite synch with the visuals. Small price to pay to watch a rare film featuring Gale Hansen.
