It's also indicative of the problem with this sequel. The first movie was about the believable use of real practical FX. When you start throwing over the top things that don't actually exist or used in real life, you'll hurting the credibility of the story.

The person in the clown suit was a stunt player, so they'd be listed in the stunt players list. They had no speaking part or dialogue, so it's doubtful they'd get a listing.
