LENGTH OF USA version

According to the main details page:
Spain:104 min / USA:99 min (video version)

I find this quite irksome that the only available version for the US is a censored, edited, cut version.
Also no DVD?!

I wonder if there are any plans to release the full version on DVD?

One would think America would be the one place to have the best versions of films available, sadly that is far from the case.
