Had a great likeness to Van Damme. Anyone know who he is?

How did he play a double role? There was plenty of scenes where I saw the 2 of them together on screen

Alex is played by Van Damme primarily 90 - 95%.

Now the character Chad on the other hand is played by a different actor in various scenes. In some of the later fight scenes like "the drunken brother brawl", you can clearly see its mainly a stunt actor fighting Van Damme for a good portion in that fight scene.
