Why couldn't they charge him with.... *spoilers*
Why couldn't they charge Ryter with kidnapping at LEAST? I mean, there WAS a witness who said Ryter forced Dana into the car.
If the police couldn't prove what went on in the car, wasn't the witness enough to charge him with kidnapping??? That's a felony; he could have gone away for some time at least.
That seemed like a plot hole to me??
