Scene cut?

The stoners are in Kennys room smoken weed, and one of his stoner friends is about to blow a hit into a dogs face, but the scene is cut before he blows. I saw this piece of crap movie in the theaters, and I swear this was in the film. The scene just looks cut. Does anyone know for sure?
