And still way more mature than Carolyn and Bruce...

Or birth certificate? Or license? Usually you have to show some forms of ID when you start a new job for tax purposes, W2 forms, oh and most importantly if you plan on getting pay checks...

Good point.

However I always got the feeling that Rose knew she was only 17 but she chose to turn a blind eye to it. Hence her "I don't give a crap" reaction when Carolyn reveals her true age to her.

Or she thought it was falsified...hence saying as much when she dismissed Carolyn...

When you're 17 a cow can seem dangerous and forbidden...am I alone here?

Rose probably wanted anybody and anything instead of Carolyn. Had been looking for an excuse--any excuse.
