Presented by Terry Gilliam...?

Why does the Maltin Guide say that "Delicatessen" is "presented" by Terry Gilliam? I haven't seen the mention of his name anywhere near my copy of the DVD...

I guess it's like some movies "presented by wes craven", he didnt have anything with it but his name was somewhere just because he recommended it.

My guess is he just helped it getting it distributed in America, ala Tarantino with Hero recently.

Gilliam seems to be a huge fan of Jeunet (and presumably Caro), he gushes over their two feature collaborations all the time.

I don't know, but those Troglodytes sure reminded me of Harry Tuttle (Robert De Niro's character) from Brazil.

Kinda like how all the commercials for Wolf Creek said 'presented by Quentin Tarantino', and yet his name is nowhere to be seen on the DVD box.

HAIL ILPALLAZZO!
