If I had of been Gus I would have been a bit more cautious when meeting Bobby to begin with. I would have held a gun on him and had people around to make sure everything went down right or would have sent someone else to pick up the papers. Knowing so many people wanted him dead he should have sent someone else to pick up the papers or had people to protect him.
