Is there a scene toward the end where some of the crew are making an escape, but one of them says "I can't" and shows a pulsating wound on his arm? (Showing that he had been infected.)

That scene is from the film The Rift a.k.a. Endless Descent

Thanks Alien Zombie! Fortunately I managed to find it on the net. Well, the Spanish dubbed version "La Grieta". Quite funny hearing R. Lee Ermey dubbed.
