I think that I may have seen this, but not sure. Is there a scene where a guy gets cut in two by a window. Another scene I remember is a guy being killed by either a drill, or stapled to a pentagram. Don't remember much else. thanks

Yes, there is a scene of a window cutting someone in half.

No, there is no scene involving a Stapler or a Pentagram.

There was a scene in which a guy is nailed to the floor with knives/pointy objects, I don't remember if there was a pentagram on the floor or not.

Yes a guy gets cut in half with by a window an his legs fall outside. Also it wasn't a staple gun it was a nail gun I believe and there was no pentagram.

The OP may also be remembering Superstition from 1982. A guy is cut in half in a window in that as well as someone getting nailed down to an attic floor.
